New Install will create all the proper directories and upgrades will
copy over the existing files.

With Many Thanks to John Dailey
for The DM Environment and Construction Set!

I'd also like to thank and give credit to ALL the Great ANSI Artist
that I've gleaned work from... I've sifted through HUNDREDS of works
picking but small pieces and editing them for the games so I can't name
all the Artist that deserve credit though most come from work distributed
by the ACID LEGENDS, and OutWorld Arts Groups as well as a number of
others I don't know where they came from.
