Win9x/NT console application: source and VC6 project file included
Author: Caliban Tiresias Darklock, Darklock Communications

This utility was designed to do a reasonably decent job of converting
BBS menus into 7-bit text. When a given character does not exist, I
have selected a character which looks similar to the IBM graphic
character set. As a result, people who have used odd high-ASCII things
for letters will still end up with something quite probably readable.

The process is, by necessity, imprecise. One character has been used,
in my experience, for the letters L, T, and I as well as the number 7.
There are other ambiguous characters, too, for which I've selected
something I find to be the most plausible substitute.
